Welcome to my Countdown to Cruise series. I decided to start this series as a way to chronicle my weight loss journey, keep myself accountable, and, perhaps, inspire others. I have a cruise coming up in May 2020 and I have about 80lbs to lose. I know I won’t lose it all before May but I am hoping to put a big dent in it and lose the rest of it by Fall 2020. If I really dedicate myself, I am hoping I can lose about 40-50lbs before the cruise.
Starting January 6, 2020, I will be posting every Monday until the cruise sharing my progress and anything I have learned along the way. I hope you will join me in my journey and share your journey as well. Let’s encourage each other and reach our goals together!
