Not a bad week!  3.2 lbs. down this week.  That’s more than all of January combined.  Crazy!  I allowed myself one cheat meal (not day…meal) on Friday night after my last weigh-in and then stuck to really strict keto the rest of the week until this weigh-in.  It seemed to reset my weight loss. 

I have read that not everyone on keto can do that.  A lot of people get really thrown off with even the smallest cheat but, fortunately, it worked for me this time.  I am testing it out again for this week to see if I can allow myself to do that for a while.  So, we’ll see.  It could have been a fluke.  Fingers crossed.

My main issue this week was cravings.  I had about 2-3 days where the cravings hit hard.  Not all day those days but periods throughout.  Now, this may be connected to my carb-heavy cheat meal (most likely) or because I have only been doing keto a few weeks so I am interested to see how I do this week.

Super excited for that number, though!  3.2 lbs. in one week.  I’ll take it!
