Sorry. No video this week. We’ve had some colds cycling through the family and a lot of late nights/early mornings with the baby. I just couldn’t fit in a recording session. Also, I won’t have my typical diet out until next week’s update. But I promise, it will be done next week!
I have just wrapped up month 1 of my 6-month DietBet and my total weight lost for January was 11.5 lbs! I’m beyond excited. I have never been able to lose more than a pound or two before stalling. Here are the numbers:

Getting closer to my first big goal of losing 50 lbs before the cruise!
My goals for this week:
- Workout 4x this week.
- Stick to 20 net carbs and 1500 calories a day.
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep. (Unless, of course, my Little Peachick gets sick again.)
Next week, I plan on listing what I eat in a typical day. So many programs out there have fancy lunches and dinners and sometimes you just need to keep it simple.
