It’s been 4 weeks since I started my Countdown to Cruise diet and exercise program and I have officially lost 10lbs!
So, today, I am going to do something that I never thought I would do. I am going to state my weight. I have a long way to go but I think the visual aspect of where I started and where I am at can only serve to remind me how hard I have worked and inspire others that may be on the same path.

|Current Weight||= 232.8 lbs|
|Goal Weight||– 140.0 lbs|
|Pounds to Go||= 92.8 lbs|
It’s scary to think I put on that much weight. But I think it will my make transformation much more exciting!
My goals for this week:
- Workout 4x this week.
- Stick to 20 net carbs and 1500 calories a day.
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep. (Unless, of course, my Little Peachick gets sick again.)
Next week, I plan on listing what I eat in a typical day. So many programs out there have fancy lunches and dinners and sometimes you just need to keep it simple.
