Welcome to Part 2 of my Countdown to Cruise series. We are just under 18 weeks away from the cruise and 2 weeks into my new healthy lifestyle. In this video, I share my current progress, some things I’ve learned this week, and a little inspirational advice.

My goals this week:

  1. Stick to under 20 net carbs a day.
  2. Exercise 4 days this week.
  3. Walk at least 5,000 steps on days I don’t exercise.
