Deck the halls with boughs of holly. Fa la la la la la la la la. It’s that time of year again when we break out the lights and the mistletoe, grab a mug of hot chocolate, and cozy up in front of the fireplace. Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. But it also can be a stressful time for a lot of us. There is so much to do from cooking and baking to decorating and preparing for guests. And at the top of our to-do list is buying gifts for our loved ones. So, I’ve put together this Christmas Gift Guide to help take some of the burden off of you and give you some fabulous Christmas gift ideas for this season. Give the gift of The Fab Life with gifts for A Fab Life.
Christmas Gift Ideas
The following are great Christmas gift ideas for the person that wants a Fab Body:
This under-desk elliptical machine is a great gift for anyone that spends most of their day at a desk and wants to get in some extra fitness.
This ice roller is used on your face to help calm skin and reduce puffiness. It can also help to reduce pores and can assist in relieving headaches.
These fun water bottles can help you get your daily intake of water in by allowing you to make fun flavored water combinations. The bottle comes with a middle compartment that you can fill with fresh strawberries, cucumbers, citrus fruits, etc.
For the yogi in your family or even the person that just got started, consider getting them this amazingly priced yoga mat. It averages around $16.00 and has 4.5 stars out of almost 13,500 reviews!
Everyone needs a decent weight set in there house. I like this super colorful set for light weights but you can get them in sets all the way up one that includes 2 5lbs, 2 10lbs, and 2 15lbs if you are looking for something heavier.
I bought a FitBit Versa a few months ago and I am in love with it! The FitBit Versa 2 is the newest version and includes some new features like Amazon Alexa. I highly recommend this fitness watch. My biggest problem with fitness watches is the band. I don’t like the rubber look. Fortunately, you can change out the band and a lot of other companies make ones you can pair with your FitBit. I paired mine with this band for a classier look.
There is nothing more annoying than getting tangled in headphone wires when working out. A good pair of wireless headphones are a must.
Getting an exercise ball is a great way to increase the difficulty of most exercises.
The following are great Christmas gift ideas for the mind:
This fun poster, of which you’ll see several on this list, gives you 100 movies you should see ranging from classics to blockbusters. As you watch each one, you scratch it off on the poster.
This is a water painting board. It is great for mindfulness and meditation and calming your mind. Essentially, you can paint with plain water and as it dries it disappears allowing you to use it over and over again.
Zen gardens have been around forever and there is a reason. They look great on a desk, coffee table, or bedside table and there is a calming effect that happens as you slowly swirl the sand around.
There is nothing better for the mind than reading. This poster, like the movie poster, contains 100 books from classics to bestsellers. As you read each one, scratch it off. It’s a great way to get an idea for what to read next!
I love jigsaw puzzles. They can be fun to do with someone or a calming, relaxing activity to do alone. There are many different ones out there for every taste and preference. I like the whimsical feel of this one!
Again, reading is essential for your mind. This is, essentially, a coffee table book full of information on all the Penguin Classics. It is a fun book to browse through and can help you choose your next book to read.
I just bought these and I love them. They fit around your head like a sleep mask, they aren’t too tight, and I can even sleep on my side without it feeling like the earphones are digging into my head. If you toss and turn a lot, they are probably not for you as, like with anything else, they will shift if you are rubbing your head all over the place. But, for the most part, they stay put. Use them in connection with a brown noise app and you can even drown out your partner’s snoring!
I’m currently going through this book and, so far, I have gotten a lot out of it. People seem to either love Tony Robbins or hate him. If you love him, you’ll love this book. If you hate him, it still might be worth a look. There are just some really good exercises in there to help you change your mindset. You can’t have a fabulous life without a little self-improvement!
The Little Book of Mindfulness contains simple 5 to 10 minute practices to help reduce your stress and bring about some peace in your life.
The following are great Christmas gift ideas for the home:
Not everyone has space outside for a fire pit. So I am loving this small tabletop version which can be used indoors and outdoors.
There is always that one end of the couch that doesn’t have a side table so this CouchCoaster is genius. It is a weighted drink holder that fits over the end of your couch so the person on the end has a place to set their drink.
I love the look of this horizontal candle. It is interesting to look at and would be a great feature in any room.
This might seem weird as a Christmas gift but I actually know quite a few people who would be thrilled to receive a long-handled insect grabber.
Another beautiful addition to any room is this Exotic Sands Window Sand Art.
My husband has gone on and on about wanting a Bonsai Tree. I think I’m finally going to get him one this year and this appears to be the winner!
Who doesn’t want their house smelling wonderful? This mini oil diffuser would be a great addition to a bedside table or living room.
I had to throw this into the list. This is, by far, my favorite candle! It’s in my bedroom but literally fills my entire house (about 2600 sqft) with the best smell in the world. Now, there are some people who have bought it and say it doesn’t smell. If that happens to you, return it and try again because it is probably just defective. I have never had that happen, personally. Buy it. Your nose will thank you!
The following are great Christmas gift ideas for the kitchen:
This is on my Christmas list this year. I know it was all the rage last year but not everyone jumped on board right away. Someone in your family wants one. This new one allows you to control some of the features with your phone.
I have been hearing about air fryers for months now. Everyone loves them. Get one for the health conscious but still-loves-her-fries friend in your life.
Not everyone has room for a grill so this is a great option for friends and family who live in apartments or have small spaces.
This is just for fun. My husband loves breakfast sandwiches so I have this as an option for him this year as I think it might be fun for him to make his own.
Every good kitchen needs a vacuum sealer machine. It will save so much of your food and, in turn, save you money. If you have a friend or family member who loves to cook or buy in bulk, consider getting them one.
Love, love, love my Nespresso. I highly recommend it for the coffee lover in your life.
This nifty device is great if you are trying to be a little healthier. You make your own fresh zoodles in the blink of an eye. This is the one I have and I have loved it.
For those that are environmentally conscious, I recommend so glass drinking straws. I also like them better for some of my tumblers as the metal and hard, reusable plastic straws sometimes have a funny taste that the glass ones do not.
For making lattes at home and other beverages, a milk frother is a most. This one is handheld and easy to use.
The following are great Christmas gift ideas for the tech lover:
This nifty little gadget is for your car. It is a scan tool and code reader for when you are having issues in your car and need to know what is wrong. It can save you a lot of frustration, time, and money taking it to a mechanic. This way you can find out what is wrong before you take it in and be prepared. It is bluetooth enabled so the information is sent to your phone.
This compact key holder holds your keys like a Swiss Army Knife. It keeps them nice and organized so they aren’t jangling around on a bulky key chain.
These would make a nice stocking stuffer. Especially for someone like me who wears their sunglasses almost 24/7. They are either on my face or on my head like a headband and need cleaning frequently because of it.
It may seem like a silly gift but it is great as a small, practical gift for anyone who uses a computer or tablet frequently.
For the person who is constantly losing their keys, get them a key finder. It can be attached to the key ring or any other item you keep losing. Just don’t attach it to your phone as you actually need that to see where the missing item is located. Haha.
For the frequent international traveler, get them a translator device to make communication easier.
Nowadays, I feel this is a great gadget to have. There are so many crazy drivers out there that having proof in case something happens is a must.
Everyone needs a portable speaker. Everyone. The end.
Just For Fun
Don’t be afraid to go for fun! The following are great Christmas gift ideas for the lover of fun:
I originally bought this, along with the kit below, for my toddler. However, I’ve probably played with it more than she has. It is just so cool. Sand that doesn’t get you dirty.
I put one of these silly little things on my list this year. It just seems fun. I am also the type of person that thinks better when I’m playing with something so this seems perfect for me and those like me.
For the person who gets cold easily in the car, an electric car blanket is a must. My husband is naturally hot and constantly want the air on even in the winter so having something to warm me up is nice.
Have a friend that wants to know their genetic makeup? Get them the oh-so-popular AncestryDNA test.
I am so in love with this wine glass and it is the perfect gift for the busy mom in your life. Especially for the mom of toddlers who constantly want to listen to Baby Shark over and over again. Trust me. They will thank you.
This is a fun way to keep track of the places you’ve been and see where you should travel next.
While you could use this is multiple places, I was mainly thinking of it for your office or a bonus/play room. It fits up to 6 cans and can be used to keep items cold or warm depending on your needs.
This list of 100 things to do is a great place to get an idea for your next activity. Every time you complete one, you scratch it off.
Hopefully, this list gives you a good place to start or even helps you find the perfect present for someone on your list. If the perfect gift isn’t on this list, just know there are so many amazing gifts out there to fit every budget. You are sure to find the perfect one.
